Report a correction
An archive of someone's words is only worth the accuracy of the worst entry in it. If something here is wrong, it should be fixed rather than defended.

What happens next
Every report is checked against the source. A quote that cannot be verified is marked unchecked or removed, and one that is wrong is corrected. Where the archive was wrong in a way a reader may have relied on, the correction is noted on the page rather than silently applied. Corrections are applied, not argued with.
